The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars and not 5 is because its been 6 months since we ordered the stone and it still hasn't arrived. I get there are back ups but we have been twice to ask about it. And they say its coming and still nothing. It shouldn't have taken this long, I don't understand how others who where buried after my son already have their stones and he still doesn't.

He documented the burials that were listed from about 1200, up until 1830. These contain fantastic genealogical data. His work makes many corrections to Horovitz's work. There are 12 volumes of about 1,000 pages each.

I asked for 2 extra chairs she said she didn't have any and didn't attempt to try. A gentleman passed by, and saw we needed chairs and brought us the missing chairs. Her rudeness continued to the point that my sister had to pull her aside and speak to her. Unfortunately our bad experience didn't end there. She hesitantly agreed and took us to the plot.

When we arrive there it already had a headstone. Bonnie gave us some incomprehensible reason that they had moved something. I asked if she had other plots, she said yes but she couldn't show it to us because she didn't have some book. I asked her if she could go get it, and again she left abruptly.
