The funeral was absolutely beautiful and the room was comfortable and pleasant. The staff was beyond helpful and considerate during the time. Taking my dad to the burial site was the most beautiful as we got to walk behind and it reminded us of Puerto Rico. We appreciate everything and highly recommend this location for any loved one.

Ettlinger, a Frankfurt lawyer and genealogist, prepared data sheets (his life's work) on each of the names from Frankfurt's Memorial Book. Unfortunately the Memorial Book were destroyed during the war, but Ettlinger's work remains.

We arrived 30 minutes late and she appeared, and did not greet us. We did not enter the funeral home at the same time and I asked her to wait a minute. She rudely said we have to wait for them now. I immediately told her they were coming in now. We entered her office, and she only had 4 chairs, and I had specifically told her we would be 6.
When we arrive there it already had a headstone. Bonnie gave us some incomprehensible reason that they had moved something. I asked if she had other plots, she said yes but she couldn't show it to us because she didn't have some book. I asked her if she could go get it, and again she left abruptly. She comes back without the book because she said they had locked her out. I urge you again to think about it before using Osceola Memory Gardens.
After the bombardment of Rotterdam by the German Air Force on 14 May 1940 and the threat to bombard further cities did the Netherlands sign up the capitulation documents. They provided coffee for our guest in the back room. The package that I chose to me was very reasonable priced and most important everything that was promised was delivered. I will recommend Osceola Gardens in Kissimmee to anyone who is need of this service. Once again thank you for making this very difficult time for my family so much smoother.
